Introduction

Free CD DVD Burner is a versatile and easy to use little piece of software with built-in audio CD burner that allows you to intuitively create your own audio CDs from your audio collection without needing to decode your audio files first. Free CD DVD Burner will do it for you! Or you can put as many audio files as you can into a CD-R or DVD-R and take them with you anytime and anywhere! This tutorial will show you how to burn audio CD to enjoy in your CD player. Firstly, you should download and install the software.

Step 1: Activate the Audio CD Burner

Insert a writable CD into your disc drive and launch Free CD DVD Burner. Click "Audio CD" and choose "Audio CD Burner" to activate the audio burner wizard.

Step 2: Select Burning Device

The burner scans your system and all the available drives are displayed in the list. Select the Select Burning Device from the list (the system will select it by default if there is only one). If you plug in new devices or change the disc in the drive, click "Refresh" to update the device list.

Step 3: Add Files

Click "Add File(s)..." to input audio files you want to the burning list. To delete files from the burning list, select them and click "Remove". If you need to delete all the listed files, click on "Remove All". It enables you to use CD-Text to edit title & artist text.

Step 4: Choose Burning Mode and Burning Speed

Select one burning mode from "Burning Mode" drop-down list (There are Track-AT-Once, Session Track-AT-Once, Disc-AT-Once PQ and Disc-AT-Once raw P-W). You may choose test mode to simulate burning for checking errors. Then, choose the appropriate burning speed (Burning speed depends on the capabilities of your system and your drive). You may choose "Send optimum power calibration". Click "Next" to start burning and wait until the process bar reaches 100%. The disc will eject after the audio CD has been completely burned.
